    I turned in my vehicle because I could not afford to pay for it anymore. Why am I getting sued?

    Unfortunately, the fine print in your signed agreement reflects that the company you purchased or leased the vehicle from can recover certain costs involved in the transaction if a default occurs. Once you turn the vehicle in, the company can quick sale the vehicle at auction and then what ever the residual is between what was owed at the time and what was recovered from the sale, is the amount the company can choose to sue you for.

    Why am I getting sued from an insurance company that is not mine?
